When a quote is booked, the workflow tasks are automatically created and appear on each user's integrated calendar. Users also receive email notifications when tasks are assigned to them.

Quote Readiness
In a single list, BART CRM indicates a quote's "ready" status with either a green or red color. Instantly see the quote's outstanding tasks and who is responsible for them.
